The foundation of my work is based on the understanding that everything is energy — your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, even the cells in your body. When that energy flows freely, you feel like yourself. When it gets blocked, distorted, or overrun by programming that doesn’t belong to you, things start breaking down — mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually.

I find those blocks and move them. That’s the simplest way to say it.

The method I use is called Quantum Alchemy. It breaks down any issue into its mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual components so we can pinpoint exactly what’s ready to be released. Think of it like locating a hidden file on your computer — you need to find where it’s stored before you can clear it. This work brings unconscious patterns into awareness so they can finally be let go.

The word Quantum refers to the field of potential where healing can happen beyond the limits of time and space — tracing root causes across lifetimes, timelines, and dimensions. Alchemy is the transformation of fragmentation into wholeness.

Every session is different because you’re different each time you come in. But here’s the general shape of it.

We start by talking. I’ll ask questions to understand what’s going on and where the energy wants to go. Then I attune to your energy field, connect with your Higher Self or subconscious, and begin reading what’s running beneath the surface — patterns from other timelines, master programs, inherited distortions, whatever is showing up.

From there, we move into guided visionary exercises for the rest of the session. This is where the real work happens. You’ll be guided into your own inner landscape where we dissolve the programming and energies that rise to the surface. This isn’t passive — you’re an active participant, receiving insights and experiencing your healing in an embodied way. Your subconscious mind can’t tell the difference between a vivid inner experience and real life, which is why this work creates such tangible shifts.

Even if you don’t consider yourself a visual person, you’ll be able to participate. The subconscious always finds a way to communicate — through feeling, sensation, knowing, or imagery. And occasionally the work reaches such a deep layer that you may drift into a light sleep. If that happens, I continue the energetic work until it’s complete. You still receive the full benefit.

By the end, most people feel something tangible — a lightness, an emotional release, physical relief, a sense of space that wasn’t there before.

All sessions happen online — from wherever you’re most comfortable. Find a room where you’ll have privacy and minimal distractions, with space to sit or lie down. Come hydrated, centered, and as grounded as you can. The more settled your system is when we begin, the deeper we can go.

It’s possible to experience what I call ‘processing symptoms’ after a deep session — emotional fluctuations, cold-like symptoms, vivid dreams, or temporary fatigue as your system releases what was cleared. This is normal and typically passes within a day or two.

After about a week of integration, most people notice increased clarity, a shift in how they relate to the issue we worked on, or a feeling of empowerment that wasn’t accessible before.

You’ll receive a follow-up email after every session with specific guidance on integration.

It depends on your awareness and understanding of your own mind, body, and emotions and the work we do, but changes generally show up in three ways:

• ✧ Immediate: Some shifts land the same day. A relationship dynamic changes. Pain lifts. Something that was gripping you lets go. Several clients have reported external events shifting within hours or days of a session — without any action on their part.
• ✧ Progressive: Other changes unfold over days and weeks as your system integrates. New clarity, different responses to old triggers, a shifted relationship with yourself. These require your awareness and sometimes positive action on your part.
• ✧ Introspective: Sometimes you don’t notice the change until you look back and realize you’re no longer reacting the way you used to, or that something that once consumed you has quietly dissolved.

I work primarily online because remote energy healing works regardless of physical distance — I’ve worked with clients on every continent (except Antartica). Online sessions are also more convenient and allow you to be in your own space, which often supports deeper work. That said, I’m open to in-person sessions only when the opportunity arises.
